A shot from a recent gymnastics shoot. Every now and then I seek out and enjoy the results of lens flare.

The string in some of the pictures is a yaw string that they use to keep the gliders level. This competition tested the pilots’ ability to land the gliders in an exact spot after exactly 8 minutes in the air. Penalty points are given for every second the plane lands early or late.
